Can AI help us scale what's human?

A year of coverage — and what we learned along the way.

Can we scale engagement, trust – and goosebumps?

AI is becoming part of almost everything we do at work. What could that mean for how it feels to work?

To feel seen. To know your contribution matters. To get encouragement when you need it. To grow in a way that feels true to who you are.

These questions led us to build the AI twin. It scales in two directions.

One: the leader. Their thinking, judgement, tone and way of helping others reason – made available beyond the limits of their calendar.

Two: each individual. Their unique strengths, motivations, perspectives and ambitions. The twin creates space to explore these, build confidence and find their own way to contribute.

Connecting the two is the company’s Success DNA: the purpose, culture, strategy and everyday behaviours that help it succeed.

The opportunity lies in that meeting: what makes this company special, and what makes this person uniquely themselves. The twin helps each individual explore how the two can strengthen one another.

Someone preparing for a hard conversation can find words that feel like their own.
A colleague in another time zone can get coaching when they need it.
Someone whose strengths go unnoticed can explore how to put them to use – and make their contribution visible.

Our ambition is to help people perform and feel better by nurturing what is uniquely theirs, alongside a shared sense of purpose.

That’s where engagement, trust – and perhaps even goosebumps – can grow.

Over the past year, we’ve shared this work in business press, podcasts and on stage. We’ve gathered those conversations here below.

A new case is taking shape. More soon.

Keep thinking about the things that feel most valuable – and furthest from what technology could ever scale.

Making the impossible possible.

AI Twin in the press

A year of conversation about the AI twin – in business press, podcasts and on stage. Most of it is in Swedish.

The AI twin has also been covered by Tech Forward, Energy Loop and Dagens Media.
