Terms of Service for the AI Twin Service

This policy applies to every AI Twin deployed by People Heart Business AB inside Microsoft Teams (e.g., “AI‑Fredrik”, “AI‑Anna”).
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing an AI Twin and sending your first message, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (”Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. THE SERVICE
The AI Twin is a conversational AI that provides information and advisory dialogue drawing on company knowledge, insights about the individual the AI Twin represents, and the user’s own input. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Outputs have no legal or binding effect on Dynavox operations. They are suggestions only.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCESS
The Service is intended for employees (18 +) of client companies who access it through Microsoft Teams. You must have a valid corporate Teams account to use the Service.
4. PERMITTED USE
You may use the Service solely for lawful, work‑related purposes. You must not:
- Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Upload or share proprietary, confidential, or trade‑secret information belonging to your employer or any third party without proper authorisation.
- Attempt to reverse‑engineer, scrape, or probe the Service or underlying models.
- Use the Service to create or distribute malicious software, spam, or disinformation.
- Share health-related or other sensitive personal data in the chat.
- Use the AI Twin to speak on behalf of the CEO or the company in public channels without prior approval.
5. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE
You retain ownership of the messages you submit. You grant People Heart Business AB a worldwide, royalty‑free license to process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, including creating de-identified, aggregate usage reports for your employer. Output generated for you may be used internally within your organisation; People Heart Business AB retains all rights to the underlying AI models and system prompts.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, and system materials belong to People Heart Business AB or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7. DISCLAIMERS
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that outputs will be accurate or meet your expectations.
We do not guarantee that the underlying knowledge base is current; it is deliberately static unless the company updates it.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, People Heart Business AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising out of or related to the Service except where the damage results from (i) gross negligence, (ii) wilful misconduct or fraud, or (iii) a breach of data-privacy or intellectual-property obligations. In all other circumstances our liability is excluded.
9. TERMINATION
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the AI Twin. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
If Dynavox or the Represented Individual deactivates the AI Twin, your access ends within 7 days.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users inside the AI Twin chat before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. PROCESSORS AND NOTICE
If we add a new sub-processor, we’ll update the Privacy Policy and alert you in-chat beforehand so you can object or uninstall.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
