Among her achievements is the national junior soccer team, but today she prefers to spend time on a surfboard or gather people at a great party!

Richard is the economist who wanted to use politics to make people feel better. He did the math and realized that the impact would be greater if you instead helped people where they spend most of their waking hours – at work.  He then decided to become a psychologist and combine statistics with behavioral science. He has been ”doing the math of people” as a management consultant for a little over 8 years and has also worked as COO & HR manager at a couple of start-ups, and before that he worked in various roles as a political advisor.
