PEOPLE HEART BUSINESS

Klara Ljungqvist
Klara is hard to describe in words, you have to experience her to understand. Experience her as a leader, as a coach, as a colleague, and most of all as a fellow human being. She makes people grow and become the best version of themselves. She is the psychologist and former elite athlete with more than 10 years of experience in leadership team development for some of Sweden’s largest companies, the invaluable coach to thousands of leaders in Sweden and internationally, and the top performer who completed her first Ironman in 10:46. In the middle of the pandemic and the toddler years, she followed her dream and started People Heart Business with the humble ambition to revolutionize the business world – where we get the best out of people and succeed in both top performance and well-being. Just like her and her team at People Heart Business.

John Airaksinen
John Airaksinen is a serial entrepreneur who thrives in the intersection of psychology and digital technology. His curiosity-driven career has spawned multiple successful ventures, most notably Hello Shim—a mental health chatbot company that caught Apple’s attention and was featured in App Stores across 10 countries before being acquired by the digital healthcare pioneer Kry/Livi. In the last two years, he has focused on exploring AI: building chatbots, hosting AI salons, doing wild experiments and helping clients like The World Bank and ICA find innovative ways to utilize the technology. In a previous life he ran ”Stockholm’s best nightclub” (according to Dagens Nyheter), and he still has a great passion for music and DJs at parties whenever he gets the chance.

Felicia Grosin
Felicia is the psychologist who took a detour through engineering physics before finding the right path. Psychology turned out to be the perfect match between complex problem solving and the strong values of helping people and contributing to a better society. Her career skyrocketed and she quickly became the COO of a startup. One of her main weapons is the combination of brain and heart, and she is a master at building psychological safety. Among her achievements is the national junior soccer team, but today she prefers to spend time on a surfboard or gather people at a great party!

Richard Hede
Richard is the economist who wanted to use politics to make people feel better. He did the math and realized that the impact would be greater if you instead helped people where they spend most of their waking hours – at work. He then decided to become a psychologist and combine statistics with behavioral science. He has been ”doing the math of people” as a management consultant for a little over 8 years and has also worked as COO & HR manager at a couple of start-ups, and before that he worked in various roles as a political advisor. Richard is the shining R&D star of People Heart Business!
