August Erséus
August is the Founder and CPO of Legora, an AI-powered legal-tech startup rethinking how legal work gets done. With an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Machine Learning from KTH, he previously worked as a Data Scientist at Conmigo and Alva Labs, and led AI research on Alzheimer’s screening at KTH. A forward-thinking technologist and entrepreneur shaping the future of legal innovation.

Peter Kurzwelly
With over 10 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and business developer, Peter have a passion for creating value with the AI toolbox and solving complex problems. He is currently the Head of Operations at AI Sweden, the national center for applied AI research and innovation, where he leads the strategic development and establishment of the organization in Canada, as well as the AI Transformation Team, which supports Swedish organizations in their AI journey.

Therese Alshammar
Therese is a celebrated figure in professional swimming, renowned for her multiple Olympic appearances and numerous world championships. She is the first female swimmer to participate in six Olympic games. Despite initial self-doubts, she achieved unparalleled success in the sport, leaving an enduring legacy as an accomplished athlete. Her impressive swimming performances include setting numerous records, consistently pushing her limits, and becoming a role model for aspiring swimmers. Moreover, Therese prioritized athlete well-being, organizing meetings and events to support her teammates during times of crisis and intense competition, showcasing her leadership and dedication beyond her personal achievements.

Patrik Attemark
The Humble CEO Who Goes from Success to Success. Patrik has a unique ability to satisfy both owners through financial results and employees through his leadership and capacity to build culture, structure, and clear strategies. He combines challenges with support in a way that fosters growth in almost everything. He always invests in health to boost performance. He has led MT up Kebnekaise, implemented health ambassadors, and when the management team at Semantix went through a tough period due to a company acquisition, he collected biofeedback from the entire team to ensure they were taking care of themselves in terms of food, sleep, exercise, etc. Most recently, he was the group CEO at Newsec. Personally, he has completed 29 Vasalopp races, Ironman, island to island, mountain marathons, and more—constantly setting new goals. Yes, you get the picture!

Fredrik Ruben
CEO of publicly traded Dynavox Group, who always manages to have time in his calendar. The company uses groundbreaking technology to help people with disabilities do things they never thought possible. Fredrik has gathered the world’s greatest minds in technology. Together, they are giving a mother who lost her voice to ALS the ability to say ”I love you” to her child again. In 2014, Fredrik was named Health Promotion Manager of the Year by Swedish magazine Chef. He goes his own way to create high-performing and healthy organizations — a journey that has taken him to Tokyo, Singapore, and New York. Fredrik is truly a role model when it comes to daring to experiment, and his passion for innovation and having fun along the way is remarkable. This has led to the exciting experiment with People Heart Business of creating an AI Twin of himself. Maybe his next career move will be to become a teacher or a full-time sea scout?

Melissa Shelley Höjwall
Melissa is an experienced transformation Leader currently heading up the global HR Digital function at H&M Group. She has a strong background in leading complex, international HR-digitalization initiatives, across multiple industries such as fashion retail, fast-food, transportation and residential development. Melissa combines strategic insights, change management skills, emphathy and a little humor to support others in driving successful HR transformation. She was named Top 100 HR Tech Influencers in 2025 by HR Executive, a leading global publication dedicated to HR leadership. On a more personal note, Melissa is the mother of a seventeen year old son, Teo, who in 2021 survived a life threatening illness which has left him severly disabled. Supporting, boosting and empowering him everyday, has made Melissa more resilient, understanding, brave and grateful, which has also shaped her leadership at work.

Fabian Månsson
Fabian has 30 years of experience in international business across brands, consumer goods, e-commerce, fashion, start-ups, and more, with companies like H&M where he was CEO, Eddie Bauer, and Hugo Boss, among others. Today, Fabian is the chairman of Care of Carl, Strandberg Guitars, and NN07. He is deeply committed to issues of equality and the inherent worth of all individuals, and he is passionate about continuing to support the work of Storasyster – Sweden’s largest support organization for individuals who have experienced or are experiencing sexual abuse.

Anna Conneryd Lundgren
Anna saw no obstacles on her way to the top. With a combination of brain and heart, she stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at the large cap company Elekta. Elekta brings together some 5,000 employees to help healthcare and the world cure cancer with radiation therapy. Anna loves the concept of psychological safety as a complement to the tools she learned as a strategy consultant and head of strategy. Let’s see if she can get thousands of dedicated engineers to do the same. Anna openly shared her achievements and struggles at Lead the Future 2023 – role modelling how it is to be human.

Henrik Brinck Landelius
Meet Henrik Brinck Landelius, a pioneer in role modeling human-centric leadership at the top of the Swedish construction giant NCC. Despite challenging times in an industry deeply affected by macroeconomic pressures, Henrik has remained focused on forward-thinking leadership to transform this traditional industry. This year, he has taken on the role of CEO at Areim—a fund manager and property owner—another player seeking to revolutionize a traditional industry with people at heart. Henrik is ready to propel Areim forward with a vision that aligns people and business, ensuring healthy growth while upholding its unique values and culture. An exciting journey awaits as he has joined the Areim team. Another team close to Henrik’s heart is IFK Norrköping.

Stefan Moritz
As a hands-on visionary and globally recognized thought leader, Stefan is the Head of Innovation at Max Matthiessen and Visiting Professor at SDSI. Stefan brings 20+ years international experience from leadership roles at Global companies, award-winning agencies and as advisor across industries. As a thought-leader on service design, future of work and innovation he worked as Senior Design Director at McKinsey helping clients around the world to empower employees to deliver stellar customer experience and unlock growth. Stefan has worked with governments, public-sector organizations, and global brands including IKEA, LEGO, Ericsson, Amex, Nordea, Disney and adidas.

Nazanin Nematshahi
Nazanin – The super talent with an equal passion for sales as diversity and inclusion. Has an obvious place in the Microsoft leadership team, where we can count on her to speak her mind and contribute the energy of an entire nuclear power plant. Equally at home at the top of the business world as she is on panels, talent lists and podcasts. A leader who stands out by being herself and taking a position in a business that allows others to do the same!

Hanna Moisander
Hanna is a curious and forward-thinking entrepreneur and investor with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, leadership, and business development. Founder and CEO of deb., a modern and high-quality board program focused on promoting diversity in the boardroom. Hanna is also the founder of the tech innovation agency Hedy Tech and serves on several boards, including Maya Invest. She entered the boardroom at just 23 years old and has since built a distinguished career internationally and in public settings, including as chairperson of the board.

Daniel Gadd
Daniel has become Dagens Industri’s poster boy for sustainability. He is the CEO and founder of Position Green and is on a mission to build the best ESG Software on the market. Early on they saw the need to digitize sustainability reports, and the company has since grown into an international sustainability giant. This is a leader with a passion for exploring, innovating, and executing big ideas, who is building the companies of the future while working just as hard to find balance in his life.

Philip Thormark
Meet Philip Thormark, Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Sweden, where he leads efforts to accelerate sustainability among nearly 600 member companies, empowering them to align their strategies with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Within the field of strategic sustainability, Philip combines strategic insight with a collaborative approach. Under his leadership at UNGCS, the network has grown significantly, expanding its reach and impact across Sweden’s business community. Known for fostering partnerships and driving meaningful change, Philip is a key advocate for responsible business practices and contributes to a more sustainable global economy. Aside from the ordinary LinkedIn-brag, Philip’s proudest achievement is learning John Mayer’s song Neon (acoustic version) on guitar. The ones who get it, get it! 😉

Emma Korn
A driven and unconventional younger sister who rarely holds back her opinions. Her CV includes CEO-trainee, management consultant, and fintech experience—despite never having learned to use Excel. Instead, her determination and moral compass have led her to be hired by bold entrepreneurs who have firsthand knowledge of how little patience she has for the ”status quo.” In 2022, she initiated her own femtech platform, Hollie, with a mission to raise awareness and promote preventive health management for women suffering from thyroid issues. This venture also took her through the VC incubator Antler. In 2023, she became Head of Operations at the renowned Swedish fashion brand Djerf Avenue, which achieved $34.5 million in revenue just three years after its founding in 2019. Her role at Djerf Avenue has since evolved into Chief Transformation Officer, where she is making a significant impact on the fashion industry today.

Regina Sipos
A governance powerhouse with CEO and Chair roles in scale-ups and large companies, Regina drives high-impact turnarounds and meaningful business futures. Honoured as one of Sweden’s 101 Supertalents in 2013, and recognised among the Nordic top board professionals and impact investors by Breakit and DI in 2023. A sought-after public speaker and lecturer, she currently chairs the board of Frilans Finans and serves on the boards of Invoicery Group and Re:Ocean – helping shape the future of freelance work and land-based salmon farming!

Pernilla Ahlm
The strategy consultant who not only excels in business but also as an elite athlete, with Swedish Championship gold medals in both handball and running, and an impressive 11th place finish among Swedish women in the Stockholm Marathon. Pernilla is driven by creating opportunities for others to grow and develop, and her consulting repertoire extends beyond strategy to include organization and leadership. Today, she works to build a more sustainable future with fiber-based solutions at Stora Enso and is responsible for driving growth in new markets through acquisitions. Pernilla is an innovative force in business, fueled by her passion for tackling challenges!

Li Åslund
Meet Dr. Li Åslund, the visionary VP of Business Development at Mindler, where she’s pioneering digital mental healthcare that reaches over 40,000 patients a year across the Nordics. With her deep-rooted passion for psychology and digital innovation, Li is committed to making high-quality mental health support accessible to all. At Mindler, she’s shaping a future where proven, measurable outcomes ensure each patient receives care that truly makes a difference. Known for her warmth and dedication, Li’s work is driven by a belief in the transformative power of mental well-being—one patient, one method, one breakthrough at a time.

Ylva Lagesson
Ylva was one of the leading stars in the construction industry and one of the few women in top executive positions. She is currently head of Teach For Sweden’s leadership program, where talented academics are developed into even more capable leaders and educators. Before joining Teach For Sweden in 2024, she spent several years on NCC’s executive team, gaining extensive leadership experience before making a brave career change into education. A leader with great integrity who dares to make bold decisions, Ylva embodies a people-centric leadership style with a strong focus on creating lasting results.

Fredrik Karlsson
Fredrik has 25 years of experience in working with Strategy, Operations and People leadership. Starting his career as strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, Fredrik is now working as the COO at Sortera with responsibility for all Group Functions (HR, Communications, Business Development, Sustainability and IT). Sortera is a fast-growing environmental services company with operations in Sweden, Finland and the U.K. In between, he spent almost 15 years in the Telecom industry with several senior leadership positions, such as business unit head at Relacom and nationwide responsible for the fibre network roll-out at IP-Only. Fredrik is today a board member at the fibre operator, OpenInfra. His leisure time is pre-dominantly spent with family and friends, with sports and music being the largest hobbies. He plays the bass guitar in an amateur rock band and spends significant amount of time on the never-ending project of improving the golf swing, so far with questionable success.

Alireza Malakuti
Alireza is CFO at Uppsala University Hospital and has previously served as the Managing Director of Women’s Health and Allied Health Professionals at Karolinska University Hospital and, has also held the roles of CFO/COO at Save the Children. With extensive experience as a collaborative and goal-oriented leader, he brings a strong background in business and financial management, as well as innovation and organizational development. Alireza is known for his approachable leadership style and ability to foster a positive, results-driven work environment. Ensuring joy at work and fostering psychological safety are two of the key focal points of his leadership approach.

Niclas Almén
Professor, researcher and behavioral psychologist who has developed a stress and strain recovery method (BRIGHT-recovery), which has demonstrated higher efficiency than any other scientifically tested recovery method in the world. The method is described in the book ”The Recovery guide – feel good despite stress and pressure” which has been appreciated by thousands of people. The methodology is now to be further researched and implemented. Niclas main commitment right now is to help companies and the public sector organize for effective recovery, so that all employees can both feel good and perform at their peak.

Ida Fransson
Ida Fransson is a dedicated Head of Finance at NCC, one of the leading construction and property development companies in the Nordic region. With a strong background in project management and a commitment to sustainable building practices, Ida has been instrumental in delivering projects that meet high environmental standards. Her leadership and expertise contribute significantly to NCC’s mission of creating sustainable living environments. Known for her collaborative approach, Ida values fostering teamwork and mutual respect, creating a culture where innovation and excellence thrive.

Joel Brosjö
Joel Broms Brosjö är en serieentreprenör som under två decennier förenat vision, design och teknologi för att skapa produkter som definierat kategorier och förändrar beteenden. Han grundade Dreams för att hjälpa människor förverkliga sina mål genom beteendedesign, Doors för att omdefiniera hur kreatörer möter sin publik, och Soundtrack tillsammans med Spotify för att forma framtiden för musik i offentliga miljöer.
Idag är Joel verksam som Chief Experience Officer på Dreams, där han fortsätter att utforska hur design, psykologi och teknik kan samspela för att stärka människors ekonomiska välmående och bidra till ett mer hållbart samhälle.

With 18 years as CEO in retail and FMCG, locally and interntationally, Yvonne has led multiple business transformations and turnarounds in both local and international companies. She combines strategic insight with hands-on leadership, driving profitable and sustainable growth through digitalization, organizational renewal and customer-centric innovation.
Her expertise spans business modeling, commercial excellence and cultural transformation – translating digital change into real business impact. Yvonne is passionate about shaping agile organizations that create true value for customers and long-term success for companies.

Emil Wargelius
With over a decade leading product development and sales in digital transformation, Emil is now CEO & Co-Founder of Revelate, solving commission-management pain points for enterprises and entrepreneurs alike. Previously he scaled Nordic and Baltic sales at Zimpler and drove SAS’s digital & IT transformation through the pandemic. People-centric, data-driven and committed to building high-performing teams, Emil is on a mission to reform how sales, tech and people intersect!

Jessica Bederoff Stenvad
Sustainability advisor and strategist with broad experience across business, investment, and consulting. As Head of Sustainability at Samhall, Jessica works to integrate environmental and social responsibility into core business strategy. She brings a results-oriented approach to helping organisations navigate complex sustainability challenges and create lasting positive impact.

Andreas Follér
A pioneer in automotive sustainability and electrification, Andreas spent nearly a decade as Head of Sustainability at Scania, then added the corporate-group role at Traton, steering the shift from diesel engines to green fleets. He was named Sweden’s Best Sustainability Manager 2021 and holds long-term experience in energy, fashion and finance, bringing innovation-driven sustainability to heavy industry. Bold, strategic and human-centric!

Christian von Essen
Christian von Essen is a Stockholm-based freelance journalist, podcaster, moderator and copywriter. He hosts and produces Heja Framtiden, a Swedish podcast about the future, and runs Heja Framtiden Förlag. Christian works on media projects, branded content, events, and book production, collaborating with partners like Impact Loop, Systembolaget, and Hjärtebarnsfonden. He covers topics such as business, technology, sustainability, culture, and trends, inspiring audiences to think ahead.

Ian Richardson
Ian is Director of Executive Education at Stockholm University, specializing in business strategy, complexity, and emerging technologies. A provocative speaker and educator, he is known for challenging conventional business thinking with insight and humour. Formerly COO of Europe’s largest start-up, he has led pan-European digital ventures, founded an e-commerce business, advised organizations across tech and media, and worked with clients in dozens of industries. He co-founded AI for Executives, a national collaboration between Sweden’s top universities and AI Sweden, and serves on academic, commercial, and policy boards. Author of Bilderberg People and past contributor to the HuffPost, Ian brings expertise on elite networks, international strategy, and transformative technology. His current mission is to challenge institutional inertia in higher education and drive AI adoption.

Johan A Eriksson
Johan is an advisor, engineer and author who for the past 12 years has been leading specialists at Google. He is passionate about solving society’s biggest challenges and optimizing his life and society for sustainable wellbeing. Starting November 1, Johan will aim to transform public sector organizations into truly innovative organizations. He will take on the role as CTO for Swedish National Broadcaster (SVT), aiming to templatize and open source a method for public sector transformation. The foundation for everything Johan does is collective learning and innovation, areas he advises many organizations on. His next book on lifelong learning will summarize a lot of his approach in this area. More than anything Johan loves people, and with a wife, three children, friends and partners he enjoys the energy relationships give.

Klara Leander
Introducing Klara Leander, Managing Partner at EY Doberman, the iconic and award-winning Nordic design firm famous for setting the standard in digital experiences. Klara leads teams with award winning capabilities within Design, Technology and Strategy to achieve remarkable things for companies.
Klara’s deep understanding and passion for combining commercial excellence with creative capital, have earned her recognition in the design and business community. Outside of her professional endeavors, Klara is an advocate for diversity in design and tech and mentoring aspiring up and coming leaders. Klara is the new type of leader the business community is in need of where she leads and guides people with a natural ethical compass, empathy and strong business ethics.

Victoria Blom
Professor of psychology, licensed psychologist and head of the Department of Physical Activity and Health at the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences, Victoria researches organisational psychology, leadership, group dynamics and stress-related illness. With over 14 years at Karolinska Institutet and strong clinical grounding, she bridges the gap between academic insight and workplace wellbeing.

Sara af Ekenstam
Finance and operations executive with a strong track record of building efficient operating models and governance that sharpen customer value focus. Currently CFO and global leadership team member at Business Sweden (550 employees, 50+ offices worldwide), supporting Swedish companies’ international growth and global companies’ expansion into Sweden. Previously held executive finance and operations roles at Navigio and Strawberry, following several successful years as a management consultant at Kearney. Victor Corzo Arellano
Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group, Victor leads healthcare investing for the PIPE and Health Care practices in Europe, with a focus on med-tech, IVD, life sciences, digital services and M&A. With a dual MSc (Engineering Physics and Economics) and 17 years at BCG, he guides private equity and healthcare firms to drive commercial excellence, innovation and international expansion. Deeply committed to improving global health!

Peter Lageson
Peter is an experienced CEO and business leader known for transforming and accelerating growth in technology-driven companies. He has repositioned global high-tech organisations, led successful acquisitions and exits, secured major international contracts, and driven strong operational excellence across large, multi-layer organisations. With CEO roles at CrossControl, Nilar and Senseair, and as co-founder of IBX, Peter brings deep expertise in strategy, M&A and scaling innovative businesses.

Karin Åge
Karin Åge is a high-performing business and people leader with deep experience in strategy, transformation and executive leadership. She has led complex organisations across financial services, professional services and tech, consistently delivering strong business results through clear direction, operational excellence and engaged teams.
With a background that includes senior leadership roles at SEB, Navigio and Avanza’s executive management team, Karin has built a reputation for driving strategic clarity, strengthening organisational capabilities and developing high-performing leaders. Karin Hamberg Stén
AI prompting specialist and consultant, Karin co-founded Studio Stén in 2023 and has over a decade of experience in marketing, e-commerce and business development across New York, Tokyo and Stockholm. She has worked with clients such as Arla, Bonnier and Linköpings Universitet, and curated Sweden’s first AI-art exhibition. A trailblazer in generative-AI, brand optimisation and growth strategy for global companies.

Tove Larsson
Tove Larsson is a founding General Partner at Norrsken VC, Europe’s largest early stage impact VC. Tove brings extensive experience from Bain & Company, where she advised PE firms across the Nordics. She’s a trailblazer in impact investing, with early roles at impact accelerator Inkludera and the World Childhood Foundation. Larsson’s leadership is driven by her commitment to a world benefiting both people and the planet.

Carl Olsson
Carl is the unassuming talent who returned to SBAB from the fintech industry, drawn by the company’s strong culture and leadership. After a successful stint as CFO in 2022, Carl now leads a broad portfolio of six specialist functions, ranging from credit analysis to anti-financial crime, ensuring SBAB’s operations remain both robust and compliant. He is an expert at making the complex simple, regarded the Hans Rosling of SBAB as feedbacked all the way from the board to customer service employees. Work-life balance always remain a priority for Carl, even amidst his impactful leadership journey.

Hanna Mannberg
Hanna, Chief People Officer at Tibber, builds the culture and talent strategy for the disruptive energy-tech company redefining how consumers use electricity. Formerly VP People & Culture at Northvolt and CHRO at Svea Solar, where she was awarded HR Manager of the Year 2023, she brings an exceptional blend of strategic acumen and genuine people focus to fast-growing cleantech environments.

Malin Cronqvist
Malin is an entrepreneurial thinker and doer with +15 years of leadership experience in international organisations. Founder and previously MD of the award winning non-profit Help to Help funding higher education for talent in Africa. Passionate about building and scaling people centred organisations, putting strategy in to actions. Currently Head of Group Sustainability at Sweden’s largest solar energy company Svea Solar and initiator of the cross-sector innovation project CircSolar, aiming at establishing a national circular system for solar hardware.

Michel Tornéus
Former elite long-jump athlete (Nordic record 8.44 m) turned brand-manager and production-lead, Michel now drives brand activation and community marketing at Klättermusen and through his consultancy TornéusPerformance. With a background in high-performance sport, TV-highlights (Mästarnas Mästare, Let’s Dance) and creative business roles, he applies athletic discipline and strategic mindset to brand growth and creative execution.

Annika Ramsköld
Annika is a leader in sustainability at Vattenfall, one of Europe’s largest energy companies.
