In the ever-changing landscape of the business world, the Fourth Industrial Revolution has underscored increasing complexity and uncertainty. The challenges facing today’s business leaders are undeniably multifaceted, encompassing financial objectives, societal impact, and the attraction of the next generation of workforce talent. We need to unite people with diverse perspectives and skillsets in meeting these challenges.

This event aims to unite future business leaders – students from a diverse array of educational disciplines who are passionate about creating societal impact and contributing to the top-performing and healthy organizations of tomorrow.

For this event students from SSE, KTH and the psychologist programs at KI and SU are welcome to apply.

There are a limited number of spots available. To ensure a diversity of experiences, People Heart Business will review applications based on educational and professional experiences, as well as a brief description of your interest in the link between people and business (optional).

We will review applications continuously and get back to you as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Who will be there

Apart from the participating students, some great business leaders with strong values of both top performance and well-being will participate and share their inspiring stories.

Tom Englund, COO at Instabee – Europe’s third fastest growing tech company in 2022 according to Forbes (Instabox). He previously held important roles at Accenture, Atlas Copco, C-Suite at Tobii Dynavox, and Deputy CEO at Instabox.

Emma Korn, Head of Operations at Djerf Avenue – the famous Swedish clothing rocket company which went from zero to $35 million in revenue in just four years. She is also founder and CEO of the femtech platform Hollie, which also took her through the VC incubator Antler.

Mikael Matsson, CEO at Svexa – a human performance intelligence company using algorithms and AI solutions to optimize mental and physical performance. He is also a PhD in Medical Science, a Senior Researcher at Stanford University, and an Expert in Digital Health at RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden).

Klara Ljungqvist, CEO & Founder at People Heart Business – an impact partner focusing on the link between people and business. She is also a Psychologist with a background as an elite level floorball player, Senior Consultant & Sales Manager at Edward Lynx, and Partner & Head of Leadership Services at Navigio.
